Raveyards, Trefpunt & Afsnis are again joining forces for the third edition of ‘Winter GHOST’. We invite you for a dark evening walk in and around the St. Jacob’s Church in Gent.

The ‘carousel of unique performances’ returns with a thundering line-up. The tour again passes through various mini live acts, art performances and installations.

BeraadGeslagen is the inspiring project of Lander Gyselinck (LAB Trio, Stuff.) and Fulco Ottervanger (De Beren Gieren, Stadt). After ten years of jamming in dusty rehearsal rooms and sweaty basements, they finally released their debut EP last year. An untitled volume full of wonderfully orchestrated chaos, brusque drum excesses and surprising synth-utterances. Long live the ‘Suikerbeat’!

    Future Old People Are Wizards
Future Old People Are Wizards, sometimes also shortened to FOPAW, is a band from Gent with Stijn Vanmarsenille (Elefant, Drums Are For Parades, Maya’s Moving Castle and Waldorf) on guitar and vocals. Nele De Gussem (Maya’s Moving Castle,…) takes on the bass, but instead of going for the classic bass guitar, the bass sounds are created by some brutal synths. Responsibility for the drum lines lies with Sylvester Vanborm (Wallace Vanborn).

    Alien Observer
The platform where all the musical projects of Laurens Mariën come together.

    TTN Dark DJs
A strange fascination for all things dark binds veteran dj Thang, party don Tjon and musical brain Francois De Meyer. Inspired by the left field scene and with a luid-vuil-hard undertone, you can describe TTN as dirty, dark and sexy: it tingles your ears and makes you wanna dance in a crowded underground club.

    Drums Are For Parades
“We first had a physics discussion group, and then it turned into a band. Don’t know why.”

    The Guru Guru
Since 2012, The Guru Guru have been happily dealing in Borderline Rock. Live, The Guru Guru is a must see. With energy gushing from the stage, singer Tom balances on the verge of theatrical psychosis– like a spastic peeling an onion with a razor blade, breaking into tears, foaming with rage and blaming the audience. Just don’t piss your pants…

A smothering abyss. Some kind of unification between heavyweights of BRUTUS, Birds, Monami and Astronaut. Rumours is the fantastic simplicity of two gentlewomen, two gentlemen and their captivating yet smudgy Shaman-resonance.
